The location
We only got one key for two couples so it was a real inconvenience.
It seems like they look for an excuse not to pay the deposit. They put bleached towels and claimed that we bleached them whereas we didn't even utilise the towels.

The property was clean and at the perfect location for holidays
I don’t like how you treat you customers after checking out I am still waiting for my refund now it is day 3 and the agent doesn’t even reply my text
