Everything ! This hotel truly embedded the Arabic hospitality culture and it was perfect ! The details that made the difference from the welcome notes, to the amenities and facilities , to truly the best buffet and beautiful architectural design. I wanted to mention again the food is really good , coming from a picky eater , they provide the bestest quality I’ve seen in a buffet. To highlight their staff - the most professional’ nicest and diverse staff - super credits goes to the amazing job they are doing .Thank you so much!

This was truly one of the best holidays of our lives, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible team who took such wonderful care of us throughout our entire stay. A very special thank you goes to Mina, who looked after us during both breakfast and dinner. I had some very specific dietary requirements, and he genuinely cared about making sure I was happy and always had something I could enjoy. He went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of, doing far more for us than anyone could reasonably expect as part of his job. His kindness, attention and genuine care made a huge difference to our stay, and we are incredibly grateful to him. The gastronomy at Peridot Restaurant is of an exceptionally high standard and is an experience in itself. Ramiz was also a wonderful waiter – extremely attentive, kind and always making sure we had everything we needed. A big thank you to Mohair at reception as well, who kindly accommodated our request for a late check-out and made our final day so much more comfortable. What touched us even more was the way he said goodbye to us. When it was time to leave, he came outside and waited with us for our taxi, chatting with us until it arrived. He then saw us into the car and stood there waving goodbye as we drove away. It was such a simple gesture, yet it meant so much to us. I honestly cannot imagine a more genuine, warm and human approach to guests. Moments like this are what turn a beautiful hotel stay into a memory you will carry with you for years. Venkat took perfect care of our room throughout the stay. Everything was always beautifully clean, we had fresh towels and plenty of drinking water, and he was constantly looking for little ways to make us happy and our stay more comfortable. The beach is absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The entire team looked after us from morning until night and made us feel genuinely special.
