The apartment was well equipped and in good condition. Location is good, a few mins from Ponte Vecchio. Customer service easy to reach.
The street is a bit noisy, but this is normal for the location of the apartment in the city.
The bedroom door entrance is a bit low, those over 1.80m tall should be careful of their head!

Location was great - really easy to get to from the station (10 min bus ride), and a beautiful short walk to the centre. Just note that the roads around the apartment are surprisingly busy (if you’re not familiar with Florence, as we weren’t) and nosier than expected
The condition of the apartment was sub-standard for the price - it was ‘rustic’ at best. The furniture was basic and in some cases very shabby (very dirty sofa for instance). The shower door didn’t close because it had been fitted the wrong way round, so you couldn’t shower without the bathroom floor getting soaked. Their shower cubicle had mould. Air conditioner was super noisy, ineffective and hard to work (maintenance came to fix one unit which didn’t seem to be working). Generally, the place should be looked after better for the prices being charged.
