The location is excellent and the staff were exceptional.
I ordered room service one night and it never showed up and calls to the ‘feed me’ number and reception went unanswered. But it was resolved the next day with a credit.

I have stayed in many 5 star and you need to improve
The concierge doesn’t even assist with bags to your room.
Stayed 2 nights - No fresh towels and were only given 2 bath mats that were not replaced and wet.
The coffee and tea were not replaced and the coffee cup and spoon were not replaced with clean items.
Extremely disappointing never recommend to anyone.
