Amazing views and a good location. Kitchen had everything we needed. Parking.

Nothing

The position and views Very well equipped had everything you would need beautifully dressed

It wasn’t very clean inside / the outside garden was appalling it looked run down and neglected leaves /cobwebs / vegetation very overgrown and neglected needs a outside makeover

Decor & presentation are really exceptional & the level of comfort & attention to detail are excellent. in a great position- with good parking & a nice walk into Kingswear. A lovely terrace - home from home

Please Remove the all the horrid sponges & liners on the mattresses & just use some good quality 100% cotton bedding - this property deserves the best quality bedding that will deliver a cool & comfortable sleep

Such a great house to stay in. It was perfect having a parking space. The house was very well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The only minor criticism were the bedroom curtains. They were made of very thin fabric that we all woke up very early as the room became so light. We were so lucky with the weather so it was great to come back and enjoy the decking with the fab view after a day out. Staying in Kingswear has confirmed this is where we will stay in future as the sun can be enjoyed so much longer. The pubs in Kingswear are also great plus you can just hop in the ferry to enjoy the restaurants in Dartmouth. We wouldn’t hesitate to make a return visit.
