Enjoyed our time here, the apartment was very spacious, modern and clean, the location is superb it's in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Everything you need right downstairs shops, train and bus. Thank you Coastal Letting Co for your excellent customer service we had a wonderful time we'll definitely come back again.

The view was stunning & the location was great

It was very odd that there was a quilt without bed linen? It looked like the owners' quilt and pillow covers. There was hair on the bed once we pulled the quilt cover off? The towels also smelled crusty after one use, so we had to use our beach towels instead. There was no dryer or washer in the apartment. In my opinion, the second room with two single beds does not qualify as a bedroom either. Highly recommend investing in hotel cleaners. The parking lot needs more signage of the levels & where the south/north tower entrance is located, otherwise you'll just have to guess it.

The location was the best part of the property.

The room wasn’t very clean, there was toe nail clippings and a lot of dust on the floor, hair everywhere, cigarette butts near the sofa in lounge, the sink was missing the drain cover. No non slip mats for the bath/ shower so it was really slippery for young children.

Location

Very unclean grubby walls/ broken blinds/miss blind no privacy/ unsafe power point in bathroom room you couldn’t use.
