Nature Hotel Da Lat - Le Dai Hanh

The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the hotel offers very good value for money. I also used the laundry service several times — it was reliable, reasonably priced, and everything was done well. A special mention goes to the hotel staff and management. Communication via WhatsApp was very convenient, responses were quick, and everything was handled professionally and honestly. They left a very good impression. Breakfast needs to be ordered about half a day in advance, with three options to choose from. The hotel is also very conveniently located.

September was extremely rainy, sometimes almost all day without a break. In these conditions, there wasn't really enough space or equipment in the room to dry wet clothes and shoes. An air conditioner might have helped with the humidity; there was a fan instead, which was better than nothing. There were also some signs of mold in a few places, most likely due to Da Lat's very humid climate. I imagine this is a difficult problem to avoid completely in the city, but it's worth mentioning for guests who are sensitive to humidity or mold.

Location

The hotel was dirty and very damp—the sheets on the bed were almost wet, the towels and bathroom were dirty overall, there was no soap or shampoo, and the room window was stuck shut.
