It is a good hotel, and the staff are very friendly,
I really liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the breakfast and the beds are comfortable.
My daughter also felt that the swimming pool was not deep enough.

Every thing was good specially the Omani and Egyptian staff they are welcome us in proper manner
When we are arriving one Indian staff in reception not welcome us as continuously guest
If he have any problem he must kept at side and don’t face the customer in bad face

The location, the bed was comfy.
The toilet was small. The room service was just awful. No one from the reception would answer your call and even if they did, they would take about an hour to bring anything requested for. They had a notepad without a pen. when i asked for a pen (which i did not intend to take with me...) they asked me "why do you want a pen."Later someone from room service gave his personal pen from his pocket.

"Ho soggiornato due volte in questo hotel, il giorno dell’arrivo e quello della partenza. Decisamente meglio l’ultimo soggiorno, mi ha fatto ricredere di alcune lacune del primo giorno. Camera familiar..."
