Easy access and a very convenient location. Communication with the host was excellent. Everything was very clean and the accommodation was very quiet. The kitchen was super well equipped, and the room had a very comfortable bed.

The location is amazing, close to everything, shops etc. It was clean when we arrived. Some food was there, it was clean, but it smelled very bad in the wardrobe upstairs, just a lot of stuff stuck up together that smelled bad. WiFi is good. Overall, it was worth it. Although a bit pricey but its comparison to other places in Florence still worth it. The people managing it were nice to us.

That although they had a washing machine, there was no drying rack, so where are we supposed to dry our clothes? It could have helped if we had a broom and a scoop to clean after ourselves, it does not cost that much. On some nights it was colder than others, and we wished we would have an extra blanket, we found one in the wardrobe but again, it smelled bad. The duvet that was given to us had actually no cover, it was between two sheets and during the night you move and of course you are left with just the duvet.. I still don't know why some hotels and flats do this…Oh, and some recycling bins would be amazing! People in Italy seem to not want to recycle!!

LAMENTABLE EMPOBRECEN LA Ciudad ESTOS SITIOS. IDEAL? SI, PERO NO VOLVERIA JAMAS
