The location was excellent, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was generally well-equipped and had everything we needed for our stay.

There was an unpleasant smell in both the apartment and the staircase. Additionally, the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, which affected our sleep quality.

Beautiful property, professional and friendly staff!

High safety, beautiful interior and overall great quality.

Location was great as it was right in the centre of Funchal.

No housekeeping provided, unexpected given the price per night. Only two body towels for a 5-night stay. No reception, so no way to request extra towels, toilet rolls, etc. No shower gel or basic toiletries, had to buy our own. Toilet seat is too high, at 5'3", my feet didn’t touch the ground. Parking listed as a facility, but no on-site parking available. Had to park 10 minutes away-manageable, but misleading. Tourist tax only mentioned at the end of the stay, would’ve been helpful to know upfront so we could prepare cash or have it included in the price. Overall, facilities are quite limited and didn’t meet expectations.
