It is not at all value for money..they took advance before and the parking is horrible. Hot water not available. Not recommended for family.

Not value for the money. I stayed there for 3 nights and they asked me to pay entire amount at the time of check out itself.

The room was clean and spacious .
1. No restaurants or in room dining service available .
2. Too noisy , people and vehicle movement .
3. Beds are very uncomfortable .
4 . No mineral water available
5. No proper parking space .

The bed was extremely comfortable , the rooms are spacious and clean. I liked the filter coffee very much, served with complimentary breakfast.

Loved the atmosphere of the hotel, my kids love the rooms and They loved the sandwiches and juices in the restaurant

The location was very bad.
There was not enough parking. We stayed 3 nights and had to park on the street.
The photographs are very misleading and make the area as well as the room seem significantly better than they actually are. It was a shock.
There was no view though that was advertised.
We kept hearing people talking, walking and shouting throughout the night as though it was happening in front of us.

Heater was not working.
Charged 1000 per head for kid (12 year).
Surprisingly checkout is so early.

Room is somewhat clean.
Pathetic staff and no knowledge about hospitality industry , was asking towel cleaning charge for dirty towel after charging 9600 for 2 rooms.
I would definitely avoid coming back as it is not worth and reception was acting like as if they were giving us free rooms and free support.
Asked charge for each and every support.
Wifi signal is not there and password is not given.
Heater was not working.
High price.
Incompetent staff ( asked charge for towel cleaning , if you have some experience working in hospitality you would not even ask, management should send them for some training ).

The location was good..the rooms were done up very well..brand new rooms with good furnishings
The 2 cots were big and occupying most of the space..can make use of the space well by organising beds with a king size r queen size cot

Nice hotel I stayed 2 nights with family , luxury feel, looks good.

Overall vibes of the property is very good. the team makes sure that our stay was good. All of the staffs were very pleasent to interact with there is an overall positive vibe in the hotel which nowadays is rare to come by.
