The location of the house was perfect, with many places within walking distance. The room was very quiet, and the traditional house had been renovated beautifully. The air-conditioning system worked very well.
The main problem was the poor communication with the manager, both before and during my stay. I sent several messages through the Booking.com platform but received no response. When I arrived, the access code for my room was incorrect, so I had to wait a long time while the cleaner contacted the manager and arranged for it to be changed.
The coffee machine in the shared area was also out of order on most days. I stayed for six days, but the cleaner came only once, so I had to take out the rubbish myself to prevent the room from smelling.

Hotel in posizione centrale di Larnaca a cinque minuti dal porto e ancor meno dalla Cattedrale di San Lazzaro. La camera è molto spaziosa, dotata di tutti i servizi necessari (mancava però l’asciugacapelli) e pulita. Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo. Comoda anche la procedura di self check-in.
I servizi dell’area comune non erano utilizzabili a causa di un guasto presente per entrambi i giorni.

The property is very nicely decorated and overall pretty clean, we appreciated the fresh slippers, cottonbuds and makeup remover pads as well as the tea and coffee in the room.
The floors could be cleaner - if you use the fresh slippers provided you’ll feel them sticking to the floor. There were lamps on either side of the bedside table but one did not have a plug socket to plug it into. There is a coffee machine in the common area but it was broken/needed maintenance and there were no staff around to inform.

Location, free coffee machine and overall room, air conditioning
The door was locked after midnight and we had to stay outside and we couldn't contact the staff ourselves. No email answers, no telegram whatsapp or viber. We didn't have international roaming for calls so our friends from hometown called them, after some time the door lock worked. Please be careful if your room is N4, as others didn't have any problem.
