Good location, old building and noisy area. Staff smoke on corridors and often loud after mid night. Overall could be better.

Very bad experience with Merna from guest relationship.

It was a very clean, well designed, cute little room with a wide view from the balcony. This is a residential building, and it seemed like some levels are recently refurbished and converted to self-contained rooms/studio flats. Materials, furniture and equipment are all in good condition. The staff was very kind and responsive. They have provided us with teas, coffees, water and toiletries. We thought this place was a great option for a short stay among other options in the city and a great value for the money.

There is not much to complain about this place but some considerations for the future guests might be; -We stayed on the 11th floor and once, the lift was under repair. If you mind the steps maybe ask for a lower level apartment. -WC and shower being separate is actually great but ask for a larger WC room if you are a tall person. -Mosquitoes are unfortunately sneaking into the room somehow, make sure to keep windows closed. We were not sure how they managed to get into the room.

Overall the stay was okay. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the hotel was not noisy, so it was easy to rest. The staff was also friendly.

However, we had a few issues in the room – the balcony door couldn’t be closed (although reception fixed it after we called), we received only one towel even though there were two of us, one elevator was not working, there was no hair dryer in the room, the curtain was torn, and there was a smell of smoke.
