The area and closeness to the beach

I loved our room! We were central to many area beaches and had a blast

Stinky seaweed on the beach by us but in no way was owners fault!

The room was extremely clean. Everything we needed was right there. The sunsets were amazing.

I planned to go on the sunset cruise on Sunday. Was told there would be no cruise due to predicted rain. It didn't rain on Sunday. Very disappointed

The location is what does it. I love the water view with both sides of the hotel.

It wasn't as clean as I would like it to be. There were rings on the counter tops from drinks before my stay... looks like it didn't get wiped. There was trash behind the trashcan as well in the room.. There was an old rag on the shower head. I threw it away... and mildew in shower. The closet door was broken when I got there. I was never able to close it. Witch is a bummer cause it's a mirror.... the ac worked well. Didn't have to touch it and the bed was pretty comfy.

A lovely, quaint little marina that has clean, comfortable,, relaxing condos. I love traveling, and as a middle-aged woman who enjoys traveling both with my family and friends AND sola, I will only visit places that are CLEAN, free of any type of smoking, obnoxious people, and creeps. I felt very safe here and absolutely LOVED the accomodations, marina, and grounds. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to visit the pool, but will do so on my next visit. The manager, Luis, was attentive and even made sure to have the blender that I requested for my fresh juices delivered before I had arrived! There are lovely 🏖️🏖️🏖️🏖️ beaches in the area and St. Pete's beach 🏖️ is about 45 minutes away. I liked the fact that I had a parking space within 20 feet of my room. I slept so well, too! Overall great experience and next time I'll bring my husband. 💕💕💕 By the way, the price was GREAT!!! I wasn't expecting such a simple, clean, lovely, beachy condo for the price that was offered. I also liked the fact that there was TILE and not carpeting and a clean couch next to my Queen-sized bed. I love fresh, airy, liveable rooms. There was also a mini fridge, a coffee pot, and lots of fresh white towels. Cute little chairs where you could sit out and enjoy the 🌞☀️ Well-kept grounds and pleasant guests (overall).

I couldn't see the room numbers from my car. That was frustrating.

The scenery was gorgeous. The host made it possible to check in a little early...took a sunset cruise, so didn't get to use the pools or hot tub, but everything looked great!
