Es linda la ubicación del alojamiento, es privado y las construcciones son amigables con la naturaleza, no pareciera que hay un caos urbanístico como en el pueblo. Es un alojamiento nuevo. Te proporcionan las toallas necesarias, agua, cafe, té. En general muy bien.

Deseo contactar a mi anfitrión para solicitarle una factura por el servicio y no tiene la entrega de mensajes activado, si pudieran reolverlo estare agradecida.

El único pero: las plazas de aparcamiento específicas del alojamiento son pocas. De todas formas, el coche se puede dejar en la calle sin problema al ser una urbanización privada

Geweldige plek, eigen zwembad, schoon, ruim, faciliteiten zijn top. Konden fietsen huren. Internet snel en betrouwbaar. Bed ligt heerlijk.

De fietsen die we huurder waren vrij matig, klein en oud. Service van brengen/halen op locatie was wel enorm fijn. $150/dag

Wir hatten das äußerste Zimmer mit Pool. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Küche sind makellos. Der Kühlschrank ist sehr groß, es gibt ein Eisfach und die Küchenutensilien sind neu. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation verlief sehr schnell und zuverlässig. Das Bett ist sehr breit und bequem, die Gegend ist abgelegen, man geht 20min zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Dafür ist es aber in der Nacht ruhig. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Positiv war auch der smart TV!

Der Garten ist schattig und der Pool ist relativ kalt und schmutzig.

Er waren best wat muggen. Bewaking lag te slapen bij de ingang:). Gelukkig lag het in een compound. Tulum is zwaar overgewaardeerd maar daar kan deze accomodatie niets aan doen. Ik zou het aanbevelen.

Si se busca algo tranquilo, amplio y con todos los servicios para poder descansar e incluso cocinar o pasar tiempo en el alojamiento es perfecto. De agradecer las buenas amenities ofrecidas así como que en cocina hubiera utensilios y sal, azúcar, aceite... Es una zona residencial cerrada, con vigilancia y se puede aparcar.

Todo ha sido bueno y como esperado, sólo recalcar en este punto que es un alojamiento para ir en coche, en caso contrario se depende absolutamente del taxi. Internet wifi no funciona.

Die Anlage befindet sich in einer sehr abgelegenen Lage und es gibt nichts in der näheren Umgebung. Es gibt keine Restaurants oder Geschäfte in der Nähe und es gibt auch kein Personal auf dem Gelände. Es gibt nicht einmal eine kleine Küche. Weder das Zimmer noch die gesamte Anlage sind für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt geeignet. Das Zimmer selbst ist klein und eng, mit nur einem Bett. Es bietet bei Weitem nicht die Annehmlichkeiten eines Hotelzimmers. Der Pool war zudem kalt und die Zimmerfenster bieten keinerlei Privatsphäre, da jeder hineinschauen kann.

Très loin du centre. Pas de réseau. Coupure de courant très tôt le matin (mais ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel), donc plus d'eau ni d'électricité.

Dans un quartier sécurisé à 8 min du centre de Tulum en voiture. On se gare dans la rue. Pas de contact avec l'accueil, tout se gère à distance via l'app Booking.. La chambre est grande, en rez-de-jardin, belle salle de bains, eau chaude et clim. Le lit est confortable, wifi ok, les bâtiments sont plutôt bien insonorisés..En fait les chambres sont en arc de cercle autour de la piscine, mais la riche végétation, cache tout et on voit un grand jardin depuis la chambre, c'est assez bien fait et très agréable. Piscine un peu petite pour nager, mais ok pour se rafraîchir. Il y a un distributeur d'eau dans l'entrée. Quelques restaurants et un 7 eleven dans le quartier mais rien de typique et c'est cher (US style) lieux vaut aller dans le centre ville de Tulum.

Schone ruime kamer met een comfortabel bed. Fijne douche. Leuk zwembadje in een groene tuin. Elke kamer heeft uitzicht op deze tuin.

Alle kussen (stuk of 4 op bed) waren hetzelfde. Het zou fijn zijn om diverse kussens aan te bieden. Persoonlijk vonden we deze kussens te dik/hard. Er is geen receptie aanwezig, communicatie verloopt via booking. Dit wisten wij. Locatie is verder van het centrum in de nieuwe wijk, ook dit wisten wij vantevoren. Weinig parkeerplekken bij het hotel. Rolgordijnen voor de schuifpui mogen schoongemaakt worden. Slot van de kamer is matig.

Logement très jolie, très grand. L'extérieur est sublime. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Malgres les quelques petits point mitigé que je vais énuméré ci après, vous pouvez quand même réserver les yeux fermés.

Les robinets devrait être changé, ils paraissent sale alors qu'il sont je pense rongé par l'eau ou les produit détergent. L'eau de la piscine reste froide car à l'ombre quasiment tout le temps. Une odeur d'humidité est très présente dans l'appartement mais une fois bien aéré c'est bien mieux.

I travel to Tulum often, and work from the hotel during the week. TreeTops was wonderful in all aspects of my stay. The location is in Aldea Zama, tucked away in a quiet place, where construction is not an issue and I can do my work in peace. Speaking of work, I do a lot of video conferencing, and this hotel has fast fiber internet. About 80mbps download and 69mbps upload. The room was clean and the AC worked well. The bed and the mattress were some of the best I've had in Tulum. The hotel has a pool and all properties in this location face it. The hotel has a guard at the entrance to the property. It also has spots where you can park your car and plenty of additional spots on the street. Quiet place, fast fiber internet, comfy bed, great location! What else can one ask for? So book with confidence!

One day the internet was being upgraded, so I couldn't work from the hotel, but the hotel staff arranged a co-working space for me free of charge. No issues!

I moved from the regular room to the room with a pool, and it was well worth it. Very spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Big dining room table. Comfortable couch. Cool backyard with a pool that lights up (nice touch). Massive bedroom with cozy bed, plenty of space for clothes, and a shower with piping hot water. If you need anything, message the property manager and they’ll get back in touch with you almost immediately. Top class!

L’emplacement. Loin de tout !!!! Véhicule indispensable !!! La jolie chambre confortable reste très petite et pas de place pour poser 2 valises et déballer ses affaires. N’avoir pas vu une seule personne de l’établissement. Ni une femme de ménage ni un représentant. La chambre n’a jamais été faite, les serviettes n’ont jamais été changées (3 nuits 4 jours). Tout se passe par message via booking. On vous écrit même la veille de votre départ pour vous rappeler l’heure de votre départ le lendemain, de préférer expliquer ce qui a déplu par message plutôt qu’en avis, de laisser un bon commentaire et un pourboire à une pseudo femme de ménage qui n’a même pas pris la peine d’entrer dans notre chambre pendant 3 jours. La jolie déco et la végétation luxuriante ne sont pas suffisants selon nous.

Terrible place. Screen for door had a gaping hole so mosquitoes came in. Safety deposit box did NOT work. Reported it but nothing was done. Very hard to locate the apartment even using GPS.Noisy because you could hear neighbors in other rooms. One played loud music in the middle of night and had to ask guard to help twice. Faucet was loose from base. Shower floor looked dirty - stained. Pillows hard. WIFI was unstable - sometimes worked, sometimes didn't. Pool was unappetizing. No dish towel. Place setting for two but only one placemat. Does no one come inspect these apartment to see what kind of shape they are in? Depressing.

Petit complexe calme et ressourçant, petite terrasse au vert , lit très confortable, douche très chaude , tout était très propre . On se sent en sécurité et le personnel de nuit est très sympa . Nous avons pu louer des vélos pour notre excursion du lendemain. Grâce au personnel . La piscine est agréable sous la moiteur et chaleur du Mexique . Le centre est vite accessible pour les restos du soir .

Las instalaciones. La ubicación. La aldea Zama es un lugar muy bonito y tranquilo. El centro y la playa están muy cerca en carro, moto o bicicleta. También se puede ir caminando al centro lte tardas de 20min a media hora. La cama es muy confortable. El baño es amplio y todo está en buen funcionamiento.

Para mi es mejor la suite porque me gustan los espacios amplios. Para mi el studio fue un poco pequeño.

Sehr ruhige Lage in Mitten von Tulum. Super Cafés und Restaurants (z.B. Xibak) direkt in der Nähe. Der Zugang zum nahegelegenen Fitnessstudio ist definitiv ein Pluspunkt. Ein Auto ist für diese Unterkunft allerdings ratsam. Super Ausstattung im Badezimmer (Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel - alles vorhanden).

Leider hat es in dem Apartment auffallend streng gerochen, wenn die Ventilation nicht in Gange war (a.e. durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit). Allerdings hatten wir dieses Problem in anderen Unterkünften nicht.

Que esta en una tipo colonia de varios condominios, y cuando ingresas hay guardia y registran a los visitantes. Tambien fue muy facil el acceso a mi suite, fue lo que esperaba, volveria a hospedarme aqui.

Todo muy bien, solo agregaria a lo mejor un poco mas de limpieza a las albercas.

Las camas muy comodas. El aire acondicionado. Estaba limpio y tranquilo. Toallas para ducha y piscina. Nevera con agua en la habitación. Nos gusto que era un residencial con seguridad.

Olía a humedad y las calles de acceso al residencial un horror.

Suites tranquille e silenziose. Molto comodo il self check in. Rapporto qualità prezzo super. Camera pulitissima con tutto il necessario, anche un piccolo frigo bar. Letto enorme e materasso comodissimo. Il bagno prefetto. Zona molto tranquilla, vicino a mini market aperti 24h su 24.

Un po' difficile da trovare, però non impossibile. Anche grazie alle mille istruzioni inviate per messaggio dalla struttura.

Location -you are approximately 30min walk away from the centre ,ruins and the beaches . Having said that, there are a few local restaurants ,cafes and convenience stores within a 10min walk
