The apartment was very well situated, safe and secure. It was clean, well equipped, and easy to reach, just a few minutes from the tram stop. The old town and beach are just a short walk away (10 minutes max). Our party of three had a very comfortable stay and plenty of room.

Honestly, nothing. Everything went smoothly, and we would not hesitate to stay again soon! We loved our trip to Nice.

Really good location, short distance to any relevent area or place. Spacious apartment.

Room maintenance was bad - the cleaning wasn’t included in the price. Also I would have expected that bin bags to be included in the price, but they were not. The bed was small for two and made a lot of noise when one changed position. The sofa bed was beyond uncomfortable. The two iron bars within the bed were so clearly felt through the bed while sleeping so that sleeping was very unpleasant. The bathroom had very strong stink coming out of the pipes which made doing anything the room quite unpleasant.
