La ubicación y el apartment

We had a very pleasant stay at this spacious apartment. The location is great, as the city center is within walking distance. Queenstown is simply beautiful and the apartment is a perfect base for exploring the area and going on excursions. The apartment was very well equipped, modern and cozy. Having a laundromat right next door was also extremely convenient. Overall, we felt very comfortable during our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately, the apartment never really got warm despite the small heater, so it stayed quite cold during our stay. Additionally, disposing of the trash was a bit difficult because the garbage bins were already full. Overall, these are only minor points in an otherwise very nice stay.

Great location. Suited our holiday perfectly.

Nothing.

Great location, just a short walk into town with no steep hill to climb and right across the road from the supermarket. The added convenience of the kitchen was good.

Check in was not until 3pm and we had queried about dropping our bags off earlier but hadn’t received any confirmation that we could do so at the time that suited us. When it finally came time to check in, we arrived to a dirty room - unmade bed, rubbish everywhere, dirty toilet (yes that’s pee on the floor!). In saying that, the owner was very responsive when informed and arranged for a cleaner to come right away. He offered an alternative place for us to get ready for our evening plans but with no car it wasn’t possible for us. Appreciate this wasn’t his fault and he made best efforts to assist us. We were given a partial refund for 1 night due to the inconvenience. All in all a good little spot to stay but the experience (for the price!!) probably means we wouldn’t choose again.
