We were met by Stella with the keys and all the information about the apartment, neighborhood, sites, restaurants, stores, etc.
Though not a problem for us, it would have been for others. The apartment was up a sizable staircase and another shorter one. And there were stairs in the apartment as well. Again, not a problem for us, but I think it would be best to mention the stairs when publicizing the apartment. Stella carried our suitcases up, while a neighbor carried them down. Mentioning the stairs (even the number of them) would eliminate problems and complaints.
