Proximité avec lieu de mon RDV
L'étage et l'escalier en bois fait beaucoup de bruit en montant ou descendant.

If you are looking for a clean flat close to the university, this one fulfils your need. Easy to reach with tram and train, close to the university (10 min by foot), offering the basic amenities you need before and after joining a busy day outside. There are also many cafés and cheap restaurants in the surroundings for fast food.
It has plenty of worn out furniture spread all over the flat and the floor is noisy. I wouldn't want to spend a lot of time there. But, as said, if your goal is simply to have a clean space to retreat after a long day and leave from the following morning, it will definitely suit your needs.

Very nice and cosy flat. Good bed. Ideal for a night's sleep.
