The location was great, the room was clean and overall a very lovely stay for 5 nights. The bathroom was good and the kitchen was fantastic with a big fridge and a washing machine which was excellent to have and very efficient with the washing. The instructions of checking in was easy to follow, the room was on the first floor too with the option of an elevator if bags are a concern. The team was very helpful and quick to answer. They let us know prior some glasses had broken and made sure to replace them the first day for us so the communication was good! Overall my partner and I were very happy with our stay.

There was a 500 euro deposit that was messaged that I was told I needed to do prior to having my booking confirmed (despite it being confirmed on booking.com and paying in full). Apparently this was on the listing, however, with review of prior printouts and with review of the listing again, nothing is listed in the term or conditions any place we could find or click into. There was nothing we could find on the ad so something to be aware of (and maybe to update given this appears to be a pretty well documented issue in the reviews). It was also requested via a different website too which I did not feel at all comfortable with giving my banking details. After discussion with the owner and contacting of booking.com this was waived and the stay was very pleasant. The couch to bed was a good idea for the space to have a place to eat, however, the bed was a bit uncomfortable although not a deal breaker as overall the stay was good. Another note was despite having a cleaner, we were required to remote our bins. I feel as though if a cleaner is coming to clean they are doing to be emptying vacuums/dust brooms etc and so it’s a bit excessive for a paying guest to do this especially that we had to walk a bit to find a street bin that we could use that wasn’t overflowing/locked as we didn’t get any info regarding if there was a bin for the apartment block.

Perfect location to reach major points and the tram. It is far from the old city's noise, but still easily accessible. The window sees the nice plants. Elevator is a plus. There was a beach umbrella in the closet. I think it is a big plus.

An unexpectedly small apartment, even for a single person. When you turn the sofa into a bed, you can't find a place to put your luggage. Cleaning was not done nicely. A dirty carpet was hanging on the little balcony. The property asks for 500 euros as a deposit after confirmation. It is not written clearly, or I didn't notice idk. Please be aware of it.

Très petit, une fois le lit déplié. Mauvaise literie. Voisins très très bruyants (fenêtre de gauche).

Loved the apartment, very cosy and comfortable. A close walking distance to shops, cafes and the beach.
