Really nice decor and set up
Nothing was lovely

Liked the location of the property. A quiet neighbourhood with free parking. The layout of the house was quirky & spacious. Loved the decor.
The top bedroom was really hot even with a fan but the weather has been unnaturally warm! A couple of the mattresses were uncomfortable & could have been firmer. Could have done with a dishcloth or kitchen roll to wipe the work surfaces in the kitchen to help keep it clean.

Nicely decorated, very spacious for a big family, everything you need for a comfy stay.
The lock on the back door was broken (looked like someone had tried to break in) so we couldn’t lock the door. They sent someone straight round who was very nice but they couldn’t do anything. Later we couldn’t get the hot water to switch on. Twice they said someone was coming to fix it but no one showed up so we couldn’t shower. The tap under the kitchen sink was dripping and they’d put a small tray underneath it but not told us so this over flowed. The toilet door in the upstairs bedroom didn’t close or lock. The rubbish and leaves were all over the driveway which was very untidy.

The spacious rooms.
Was described as luxury and could be. Was described as a landscaped garden with luxury seating but was overgrown and unable to use and no seating at all. Only 1 Bathroom. Kitchen cooking pans a disgrace. Kitchen table could not seat 8 guests. Raised concerns on 1st day and agents responsive but not resolved.
