Overall, I had a good stay at E12 Boutique Apartments (7/10). The location is very convenient—close to the metro, just two stops from the city centre, with a grocery store and restaurants nearby.Communication with the hosts was smooth, and the apartment was clean and provided a comfortable stay.A nice surprise was the lighting above the bathroom mirror; it’s rarely this well-designed in rentals, which makes getting ready much easier. The kitchen was also decently equipped with tea, coffee, cooking oil, and essential utensils. A solid and comfortable choice for a short trip.

The instructions stated the apartment was on the 2nd floor, but it is actually on the 3rd, which caused some confusion at arrival. It was 29°C during my stay. Since the windows face a closed inner courtyard, there was almost no air circulation. The bedroom window doesn't open at all (I had to use fan just to blow some air around). The mattress is extremely soft (you sink into it), and the pillows are lumpy and stained Light & Privacy: There is a major design flaw: when people walk down the hallway at night, automatic lights turn on and shine directly through the glass on the front door. If you close the bedroom door to block the light, you get no air. Furthermore, the bedroom blinds were broken at the top and didn't close properly and the light at nights is shining right to the face Water leaks out of the shower cabin onto the bathroom floor. On my second night, a couple in the next door apartment argued loudly until late. The soundproofing is very poor; I had to sleep on the living room couch for just a couple of hours and left for my early flight completely exhausted. The hosts replied in the morning saying they were sorry, but the night was ruined. Additionally, that evening, someone was aggressively shaking my door handle and trying to open the key box outside, which felt quite unsafe.

Amazing location, walking distance to the city's popular monuments and neighbourhood. Apartment had everything we needed. Air-conditioning was a big plus!

Mattress could use a change. It was bit slept-in.

All the amenities and location were excellent. They let us check in earlier before the actual check-in time . Owner was very helpful and kind.

The room was very dusty and wasn't cleaned by the cleaning lady. Just wanted to bring this to the owner's attention.

Exceptional location, it was easy to get around. Central to all shops, transportation and tourist attractions. The apartment has all facilities needed for our stay. Although no lift, it can be stressful to get to the floor apartment after a stressful day, but this was not a problem for us.

Minus 2 - For the bathroom: The bathroom needs immediate intervention.  Water spills out of the bathroom when one takes shower, and gives a bad smell after a long time. Apartment of such value should have this fixed. Minus 2 - For cleaning: The apartment was not properly cleaned when we get there. The bedroom had hairs on the bed, the kitchen facilities were not properly cleaned. For example, the inner part of the microwave top was sticky with dirt, the kettle was sticky with dirt, you can tell it has been long those were cleaned. It is important the management investigate the cleaning before the client check in to the apartment. The towel and bedsheets need to be changed as they are old and had weird smell.
