The location to the river.
Needs a room darkening curtain in one of the bedrooms, the light coming through the window kept me awake all throughout the three nights I was there. Disappointed by how junky neighbors homes were.

Located located to all the parks.
Had to call and get a coffee pot, found a dirty razor by the shower. Found a scorpion in the bathtub.
