The quiet green atmosphere of the place, integrated with the garden and pool. The building is well constructed. The other clients were friendly and respectful.

One bedside light was not plugged in and the wire was dodgy so I didnt connect it. Otherwise, we loved everything.

Booked over Xmas day for one night as we had left it too late & missed out on options. This place is only 10 mins walk to the beach but maybe not suitable for family’s really ! ok for young couples wanting a cheap place in Jaco to ‘Party’ , personally I’d miss Jaco off your itinerary if your over 30 lol.

Needs some attention

It was clean.

It's located in a bad neighborhood with dogs that bark constantly. There is no privacy as the entire wall to your room is glass so people can see inside unless you close the ugly red curtain in which case, the room is dark. Construction workers right in front of my room in the early morning added to the bad experience the night before. The walls are shared and I could hear everything!!! My neighbors conversation, sneezing, sex... everything. In the morning they woke me up at 6 a.m. and the workers came at 8 a.m. Dogs barking throughout the night. The place is ugly, pictures are deciving. I would not mind the place if it cost $40 or $50 but I was charged $85. A complete scam. There far better places in Jaco for $85, this place is dump.

Free parking in a secure gated complex. A good sized fridge in the room. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. The showers were hot and powerful. The rooms had aircon which was effective.

The owner wasn’t overly friendly upon arrival and had limited English to explain where was best to explore in the area. The hotel grounds felt quite run down it was full of bugs in our room (we had a cockroach and lots of flies / spiders). The area felt a little sketchy when we first arrived but turned out to be ok. The rooms do have floor to ceiling glass on one wall so you find yourself having to draw the curtains and turn the light on for privacy.

Comfy great beds, big Room, close by beach and many shops and restaurants.

Not sound proof, could hear the neighbour snore and cough... but my ear plugs save me very time. No tea or coffee offered (like in many other much cheaper places) no sufficient hangers in bathroom or room. One right above the toilet (ugh)

Just away from the town so nice and quiet at night, close enough to walk to town or beach.

I didn’t like how the mini kitchen was set up . The Gas bottle you had to turn on was off putting and the one gas ring to cook on. Very basic so we didn’t cook in it . Very small towels.

do not come here. the property has stray dogs at night near the enterance. if you try to enter the property after 10pm , they give you a key to open the gate. TRUST ME WHEN I TELL YOU: it is near impossible to open the gate, I was trying for 30 minutes and couldn’t call anyone to help me because the place is cut off from everything. also, there isn’t a person on staff 24/7 . no one is there to help. you have to call to wake the owner up to come. it’s the worst. when I was checking out, no one was there again, I just left my key in the door and bounced lastly : NO HOT WATER …. none … ZIP ….

They have a big pool and place to park the car. The size of the bathroom is gigantic.

The staff is very rude. It was raining so much and nobody was answering our calls so it took us a while to enter the property. It's not well signed. The rooms have little privacy since the doors are transparent and are looking directly into a corridor. Location is not great.

Everything over here was just perfect. We spent here our first nights in Costa Rica and after the long flight it was just perfect where to relax. Close to the beach, jungle but also with really nice pool.The staff was really nice as well, alway. asking if we need anything.

Unfortunately our room neighbour was pretty loud with his TV. Not that baad as we were outside the whole ay, only in the evening was quite bothering.

Quite basic for the price. Location isn’t that quiet. overall fine but overpriced.

Decent large family room with good kitchen stuff and large refrigerator. As usual no hairdryer. We will stay ther again

Thin walls! Kept awake by conversation by neighbours. Bedding very uncomfortable. Foam pillows?

Quiet and clean, excellent pool and friendly host.

A small kitchen would have been nice, missed the chace to do my own breakfast.
