The decoration of the room

I did not like anything at all. My husband felt fear as he entered place. We cut our stay short.
No sort of refund or voucher was offered. No one asked why we going so fast.
The entire setup.
It almost felt like a cheap place just to lay your head.. there page does not match the actual place

It was easy to found. The bed neat and comfortable. Was having a good night sleep. Having a nice bath too.
The neighbour guest was a bit noicy. Its not the Host fold. The nrighbour guest open/close the door regular hard and talk loud infront of the door. Until they went to sleep. You cant choose the neighbour guest 😁😁😁

The stuff was very friendly the location was convenient I liked the place
The place is just having an old place vibe but I guess that is the value for the affordability of the place

Bed was hard and old so as the blankets, bathroom was worse and no proper towels

The place was nice and quiet and the room was really big. Host was nice, no complaint about her service.
The fact that we spotted rats right under our window, there was at least 6 or 7, had to close our windows. Also heard some noise in the ceiling, like animals running there, not sure if it was rats. Under 1 of the beds there was some chocolate packaging, plus the curtains was dirty and there was no mat when we got out of the shower, floor was slippery. Bedding also need a bit of a upgrade.

It was easy to deal with the guest house host. It provided a convenient facility that was satisfactory and which I would definitely book again.

it was self services so i didn't eat their breakfast

The room was clean and not to small.
The person I spoke to at the property was not there to receive us and she asked me hours later if we still coming not realizing we were in our room, no communication between staff members. There was no hot water to shower and the staff on the property was talking very loudly till late by my window.

Carol was a lovely host.
Room was not cleaned, couldn't cook as there where always a lady at the stove. Rooms was dirty when we came back from work
