Hi, the iron in my apartment isn’t working properly. I have a big event to attend and really need to use it. Since I checked in late around 10:30pm, I only noticed this around midnight 11:51pm and already informed the PIC/owner last night. However, I was told there’s no spare iron available as all apartments are full. I was also informed that if I need it urgently, I would have to go to her house, which left me a bit disappointed. I also tried calling the management using the in-room telephone, but after I pressed the button with the key symbol, it just made a sound and no one answered. Or maybe I wasn’t using it correctly. Just wanted to share my feedback. Thank you.

It has big space for friends gathering. It is located nearby to all of the tourist attractions.

The staff is very rude. They did not give clear information on parking premises. Staff did not attend us with politeness and giving instructions with no manners. I am still speaking with slow tone and manners but she did not respect me who is still asking her in polite way.
