It was spacious and incredibly quiet and relaxing

The shower wouldn’t stay upright , the log burner was electric and the spiders 🤣

Clear, informative, conscientious and timely communication from host before and during our stay. Auldhame's east wing has vast rooms with high ceilings and all are beautifully presented. Bedroom large with comfortable mattress. Extra bedding and an oil filled radiator provided, if required; although spacious, it was not chilly. A full length mirror, iron and ironing board are also provided & are all very useful. The bedroom features substantial and well made furniture with ample storage. Kitchen fully equipped, roomy and extremely clean. Use of a private garden including a clothes line, if needed (there is a washing machine in the kitchen; extremely useful for longer stays). Bathroom clean & tastefully decorated with a contemporary shower. Living space comfortable, light filled and equipped with an interesting, well chosen selection of books (fiction and non fiction). It felt like North Berwick had a strong sense of community and we enjoyed the Fringe Festival immensely. Auldhame is a unique property in a famously beautiful location.

Great location with easy access to coastal walks. Comfortable bed and plenty of space

Beautiful spacious apartment in a wonderful location, a short walk from Seacliff Beach. Well equipped and comfortable with shower and bath.
