A nice modern flat with all the usual facilities.
A balcony with a view and a full kitchen.
Some noise from the street, but not too bad.

The location is perfect, close to historical sights and public transport.
The room has lots of facilities (kitchen and washing machine).
You can see the sea from The balcony.
I would not say this is a Luxurious property, may be streamline. Not a great deal of space (especially around the bed).
The bathroom should be more of a wet room as everything gets wet.
