The room was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Everything smelled nice of the wood used for the rooms. We even had a bath tub! The products (soap, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner) were all L'Occitane, great quality. Breakfast was definitely better than in other places. We didn't mind the 10min walk to the 7/11 and 15min walk to the starting point of the mist trail.
They could work on making the reception area more inviting and having a sign in English at the hotel, as it is hard to find.

Gorgeous room design and top quality facilities. The indoor sandals to keep were a nice touch. Spacious quad room with amazing views over the mountains. Access to filtered hot and cold water and free soft drinks in room fridge.
We had to pay for our two night stay in cash, which took me a bit by surprise, but the hosts allowed me time to get cash out from the closest town (10 min walk downhill- be careful in the dark as the road has no shoulder)

Staff were super friendly, room was exceptionally clean and well equipped with drinks and high quality soaps! The view from the room is phenomenal, had an unblocked view of the sunrise from the room.
Travel to the other attractions was slightly inconvenient for non-drivers as the buses were quite irregular.

I enjoyed the wood art and furniture throughout the property.
I expected a room with view of the forest. Instead we had a doorway a few feet from an outer window - with a metal grate - that raised up to a view of the road, which was loud, and a parking lot. Beyond that we could see some of the mountains. Our “private” bathroom was far from our room, next to the elevator and in the middle of the public space. When you used the shower, most of the bathroom floor got wet. I never would have booked this room. Breakfast was limited and not great. I would prefer a few simple choices before the meal so that I would not waste any food. The coffee maker was out of beans.
