Absolutely nothing…
Floors were dirty, AC didn’t work had to stay in a hotel the first night,internet didn’t work… grass was long home was outdated ….

My ac been broken the whole time In unit 110. Can’t even get anyone to come out till the weekday. It’s been 80 degrees in the house since I’ve checked in.

the space and towels provided.
the uncomfortable beds, extremely flat pillows. dishwasher was broke and sink was clogged and smelled like sewer in the kitchen and living room. air conditioner would not cool house and the fans in rooms only blew slow so it was hot all day and made for miserable naps. floors were nasty and would turn your feet black and sticker bugs all stuck in carpet throughout house. the patio was extremely dirty and nasty. the quarters where you swam smelled like rotten fish and the garbage cans provided smelled just as awful it made you feel disgusted to throw trash in it bc of the awful smell.

The Inside was roomy
Pitures on website need to be updated. Outside was overgrown with weeds and stickers, furniture outside had rat droppings on couch, BBQ pit needs replacing

location was great!
it was not the cleanest house and one of the bathrooms did not work.

I hated every moment of my 15 min experience there.
The property was dirty and smelled like pot.
We had to drive through a construction zone to enter the complex.
I will not rent through through this company ever again.

Location is very close to a great beach.plenty of retail option including restaurants.
Wi-Fi was a little dated and not secure

could have been cleaner, didn’t appear deep cleaned and lots of dust, stained carpets, dishes in the cabinets with cooked on food.

there were enough beds for all of us and they were comfortable
the fact the water heater was leaking and we had to keep it turned off when we weren’t using it plus it was high on the ceiling and half of us could not reach it . no warning about construction in front of the complex

Air conditioning door was open and the dirty filter was outside.
Dishwasher was dirty and smelly. It had some water and we believe for that reason we had many flies.
We found a couple of roaches in the downstair bathroom.
(It has nothing to do with this property, but other guest was in the pool with his dog; the dog was in the area and even got into the pool). :(

it was nice and quiet and close distance to the beach
we were told that there was construction being done and it was very difficult accessing the property

Loved the spaciousness of the place. Location worked well for what I needed - to be close to family/friends I was visiting.
Could use better cleaning. I had to hand wash dishes, utensils, cups/glasses as they were große. Dishwasher smelled terrible!

The condo was well equipped and very comfortable. Worked perfect for our needs.
