The property is located within walking distance to the city center and benefits from grocery shops and cafeterias nearby. The apartment is well decorated with comfortable beds, coupled with the convenience of amenities such as a washing machine/dryer etc. I will be remiss if I failed to mention the large wrap-around balcony/terrace, which encompasses the property, giving you some sort of 360-degree view over the beautiful city of York. The self checkin/out system implemented by this establishment is worth mentioning, along with the ample parking spots provided. 2 parking spots with an electric charger for those who drive electric cars. There is a lot to like about this property. I will definitely be staying there on my next visit to York.

The tiny niggle I have is the limitation on accessing certain TV programs/apps such as youtube. Unable to watch YouTube on the TV as it is password protected.

Location, very modern and really secure.

Nothing really. Only thing that was missing, though very minor was a carton of milk to make tea or coffee when we arrived.

Fantastic apartment, close to town so we could walk. Secure, comfortable, spacious and owner really helpful. Well equipped, great car parking and washing machine. Has a large balcony but the weather wasn’t great so we didn’t use it. Supermarket close by.

We needed guidance to get the key as there is so many details and I may have missed an email but easily sorted by a phone call. Unfortunately the clothes dryer was faulty but owner unaware.

The location with parking was perfect

Shower in en suite was really hot
