AURORA Midigama

I like the cozy and warm vibe from the accomodation, you have your own little terrace. The location is peacefull, away from the busy, but also close. The family is so friendly and caring, they will do anything to make your stay as comfortabel as it can be. I would definetely reccomend to try their food, because the mother can cook sooo good!! They also can arrange very cheap scooter rental. The little (but big) things I remember is the free cooking class, their homemade present and all the free tea I got. I was very happy with the musquito net by the bed, because their are many. And I was very happy I couldn use their kitchen and fridge

Beautiful property and amazing host surrounded by greenery.

Everything! The location is lovely, close to the beach but off the main road in a very nice safe neighborhood. The accommodation itself is perfect for a week stay, we couldve stayed longer because there’s everything you need! Most comfortable bed we’ve slept in so far during our trip in SL. And the pillows.. amazing. Everything was so clean!! The garden is beautifully kept and the host sweeps it in a lovely pattern each morning. I could go on… Host is super sweet, and even though her English was not super, we felt super welcome and at home. She even makes clothes! I bought a beautiful pant-set from her which she finished in no-time. We would absolutely recommend this place from the bottoms of hearts. And!! Almost forgot, she is an amazing cook. One of the best Sri Lankan food we had and wish we knew she had a cooking lesson :-)! So definitely do that with her! One of the best, cleanest, homeliest places we stayed in SL.
