The staff were amazing and very friendly. They provided everything and more for our week long stay. I am coeliac and the restaurant was able to provide me with suitable gluten free options for all meals.
There was a significant amount of mould in the shower in out room. I am aware that not all the rooms had this problem, but ours was quite bad.

Le personnel est d’une très grande gentillesse, ils nous ont beaucoup aidé dans nos démarches suite à la perte de nos valises, .e restaurant est excellent et les chambres très propres.

location is good. Room was Great. Cleanliness Fantastic. Restraurant clean and nice setup.
in the bathroom the toilet cistern is loose on the floor (Room 112), ON an UNEVEN Floor, and therefore getting on off, created movement of the cistern and NOISE. So, not a deal killer but difinitely Irritating. and then for dinner and breakfast was disappointing to be handed a Menu with options and then to be told that items were out of STOCK.....................???????
