Location is excellent for walking access to Caernarfon, and vintage train/bus/car transport around North Wales hiking and other tourist destinations.
Flat 2 has spaceous lounge, bedrooms and kitchen. Sofas and beds very comfy. Two bathrooms great. Hall as long as a bowling alley!
Bit puzzled by the three balcony entrances in view of a busy road and a petrol station. Nevertheless, handy for fuel and usual corner shop type goods. Double glazing reduces road noise. Pity about sound from big top flat which accommodates large parties of hikers with heavy boots. Maybe they can see the river from up there. Property jaccussi is right outside bedroom windows at the back.

we have stayed here before, so it was like coming home
it was very hot when we stayed so a fan would of been nice

On a personal note having mobility issues ir would have helped if there were handrails on the external stairs leading up to the apartment
