The location
The beds feel old
The fridge didn’t have any water
The toilet didn’t have any toilet paper

Location was incredible for our daily trips to Waterkloof golf club. Nice swimming pool that my son loved. Awesome complimentary shuttle to Lanseria Airport.
They only clean rooms every other day, but we were aware of that so no stress. The vibe is also somewhat different from what you would usually expect, but not in a bad way. Junior was so friendly.

The location & safety of the venue
The room door lock did not open and we were locked inside the room and my partner had to get out through the window to ask for help.
It rained and the rain was coming through the ceiling onto the bed we had to move the bed towards the wall. My sleepers were wet from the rain coming in.
