Very friendly staff pool and gardens lovely, very good value

It was in a very good position but off the main road. Close to the beach and bars/restaurants.
Nice little pool.
It was very close together and you could hear children shouting.

Good location, chill vibe
Lots of mosquitos in the bungalow, shower wasn’t good, bidet broken.

The pool was a good size and the location is has scenic views
The room was old and very basic with leaking shower, old broken furniture and lumpy bed. Bathroom poor condition. There is much better value modern accommodation in Khoa Lak. My booking also stated breakfast included but when checked out was told this not so and had been removed from my booking and was charged.
