The resort is beautiful with friendly staff. Our family particularly enjoyed the board games that are available for guests to play. Breakfast was good with a variety of western and Asian options.
To get your room cleaned you now have to book a time slot using a QR code in your room. It is a good concept but needs to be communicated to the guest at check in.

Clean and comfortable room with a beautiful view! Pool and lounge area were amazing!! Friendly and helpful staff!

Clean, Child-Friendly, and Romantic
This place was very clean, child-friendly, and had a very romantic atmosphere. It's a great choice for both couples and families. I also really liked the Smart TV, which was a very convenient feature.
The location is a bit inconvenient if you don't have a private car. Even with a car, finding restaurants or a convenience store requires a 10-minute drive, which wasn't very practical.
I also didn't like the policy of charging for any damage to items in the room. Even for a small amount, it made me feel uncomfortable, especially for a place at this price point. While I understand the need for cost management, the guest's comfort should also be a priority.
