Great location. Easy walk to town. Beautiful Victorian home, good breakfast.

Located very well and still in a quiet lovely street. Everything is walkable. Room was nice and clean.
Our room was on second floor with very steep stairs yet we didn’t get any help with our (heavy) luggage nor were we offered a room downstairs. Breakfast was not satisfactory.

The property is well-located walking distance from the central restaurants, shops, and waterfront. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The one downside was that the breakfast was extremely disappointing relative to the overall high quality of the property. The food choices were meager and unsatisfactory, and the area where they serve the breakfast is not designed to be used for serving/dining, so the whole breakfast thing is not well thought out or executed. Luckily, there are superior breakfast choices not far away, if you don't mind paying for them.

Good location nice quick walk to town and beach. Great concierge staff who were very helpful. Beds are decently comfortable.
Tv remote didn’t work, sheets and duvet had multiple stains and housekeeping didn’t change them until the 3rd night of our stay. Trash was also not emptied from the room. Walls are really thin so if you’re below guests who are hiking at night or catching the Cadillac Mtn sunrise, might want to use earplugs.
The furnishings like shower curtain and pillowcases were cheap from target. Was expecting a little more high quality for the price point.
