The location was convenient for grocery shopping and restaurants without compromising a quiet, peaceful environment. The furnishings, kitchen, and bathrooms were beautifully remodeled. The kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes, glasses, and cookware. The living space and furniture were nicely done and comfortable. We used only one bed, and it was comfortable but not exceptional. The ground level offered two bedrooms, a shower bathroom, and an additional living area. A little kitchenette with a sink, microwave, and small refrigerator makes it ideal if you are bringing friends or other family members.

The entry instructions didn't match the keypad on the door. After some time, we found a lockbox with a key, which we used during our stay. I called management but didn't receive a timely response. The unit could have been cleaner. The bathroom drawers had hair and were dusty. The silverware was not clean and needed to be run through the dishwasher again. The quilt in the master bedroom had no cover and was soiled. I was not comfortable using it next to my face. Rugs needed to be cleaned. The TV in the living room had 4 remotes. Some instructions would have been helpful.

Beautiful home with lots of space and great attention to all the little details that make it very comfortable. Everything we needed and more for a nice three night getaway.

This isn’t a very walkable location. A little far from the restaurants on foot and it’s a bummer that the Incline Village beaches are all private.

The unit was clean and the furniture was comfortable.

It was not easy to find the unit.I did not like the children's toilet in the master bathroom next to the regular toilet. I also did not like that the toilet paper holder was broken. The television downstairs was not user friendly.
