The owners of the property thought of EVERYTHING for a comfortable stay. We didn't have to worry if there's salt and pepper or cooking oil at the house, plenty of paper towels and toilet roll, coffee machine, air-fryer, even cute little bottles of toiletries and disposable slippers! Going on holiday with kids can be a challenge, but this felt like being at home. The location is great - very quiet and serene, but still lots to see and do in the area. The owners are very helpful and answered all our questions promptly (like when we couldn't figure out how o connect to Wi-Fi). Big bonus - enclosed garden for our doggo to run around. We hope to come back again in the future.

One of the beds had a quite firm mattress, our daughter found it uncomfortable, so we swapped bedrooms, but that might be a preference thing.

Exceptionally clean. Lovely extras..and a very kind welcome basket...also a surprise birthday gift(baloon..fizz and chocolates) for one of our party. Didn't think we'd use the sauna..but it was great and was able to get on the balcony for the cool down.. robes also supplied.. Loved the bar.. and made cocktails.. all round brilliant accommodation. If you want to truly get away from it all..this is a good choice 👌

Not the accommodations fault.. but its not a walk to the beach..car then beach.. same with local pub shop etc.. . but there's buses and taxi service. However..its a getaway location

Nancy and Alex were perfect hosts. Nancy has the property kitted to cater for every conceivable need. The property is second to none . Genuinely if you are thinking of a stay don't hesitiate just book it , you will not regret it. We would not hesitiate to stay here again, it is a fabulous property. The West and North coast of the Island have some truly stunning beaches as well as sight seeing highlights including The Lighthouse, Callanish Stones, Animal farm, Whale bones and more. South Dell near Ness is a good location to venture and explore from, there is good access to local cafes and petrol stations all within a short drive and Stornoway Town is only a 40 minute drive away and from there you can also explore the easterly coast of the Island.

Nothing there is truly no downside to a stay at this accommodation.

Beautiful quality accommodation with excellent kitchen equipment, fabulous array of books, games, some jigsaw puzzles, music, binoculars. Incredibly clean, doesn’t feel as though anyone was there before you, smelt nice. Good front and back garden, idyllic balcony over looking the cows, sheep at the front, peace and quiet. Very generous and thoughtful welcome pack. Lovely welcome, prompt and polite communication. It is very obvious that Nancy and Alex care about the home and want their guests to feel comfortable, welcomed and not want for anything.
