Location was ideal for our three night stay to attend the Whitby 60s festival a 10 mins walk away
The outside lights weren't working so it was a little difficult to locate the lock when arriving back at the property in the dark but I managed.

Great location, lovely apartment with everything you need. Great place to stay
There are cobwebs on the light shade in the hallway and dusty under beds.

Very convenient location
Cleanliness. Lounge carpet badly stained, all surfaces not cleaned, weeds all over terrace area, rusty outdoor furniture to rear and balcony needs throwing out, stinking mop in downstairs toilet. TLC needed overall. Upstairs beds and baths fine although both shower controllers v difficult to turn and probably break soon.
Maybe absentee owner who isnt aware of any of the above?

All of what I have just scored highly
No blinds in room apart from one bedroom
No privacy
This was the only downside
