Very clean and modern. Comfy bed.
Very warm at night and window to outside wouldn't open. Bathroom light and lack of separation between bed and toilet, shower not ideal but fine for a short stay. Would only recommend to couples who are comfortable together. I'd stay there again because everything else was good.

het was schoon.
"kamer/keuken" was erg donker en klein. Er staat een tv maar een film onderuit kijken wordt lastig. Kleine stoeltjes zitten erg ongemakkelijk in stoeltjes. Ruimte is erg compact. De toilet zit meteen naast het bed met een schuifdeur. Als je de schuifdeur openlaat springt elke keer het licht aan als je beweegt. De deur schuift zwaar dicht. Er is geen lift.

Locatie super, heerlijk bed, schone ruimte, prima ingericht, alles wat nodig is aanwezig. Snel contact via whatsapp bij vragen.
Geen direct daglicht of frisse lucht. Alleen via de hal als je het gordijn openlaat, maar dan kan iedere voorbijganger naar binnen kijken. En erg gehorig, je hoort iedere voetstap van de bovenburen. En er werd tijdens mijn verblijf veel geschoven met meubilair door buren/schoonmaak?

Wir waren nun schon das zweite Mal in dieser Unterkunft.
Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen;)
Wir würden es immer wieder buchen,und wir werden es bald wieder buchen wollen,da Enschede es wert ist,dort zu verweilen:)
Es ist mitten in der Stadt,alles ist super schnell zu Fuß erreichen.
Diesmal hatten wir ein anderes Studio zum übernachten,das war noch attraktiver als das erste Studio:)))
Alles läuft beim einchecken digital über das Handy.
Auch für einfache Informationen ist der/die Gastgeber(in) über Telefon/WhatsApp zu erreichen.

Alles im allem ein schöner angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Καλόγουστο, cozy, μπορείς άνετα να ετοιμάσεις κάποια εύκολα γεύματα, τοποθεσία άψογη μέσα στο κέντρο. Το βρηκαμε πολύ καθαρό.Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά. Value for money.
Η τουαλέτα ευτυχώς με πόρτα πια αλλά πολύ κοντά στο κρεβάτι δεν είναι ότι πιο ιδανικό.Δεν γνωρίζω κάθε πότε καθαρίζουν κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής, αλλά ζήτησα να μας αλλάξουν πετσέτες κ δεν το έκαναν παρόλο που μείναμε πέντε βράδυα.. Στα αρνητικά κ οι στενές σκάλες καθώς δεν υπάρχει ανσασερ

De verzorgde uitstraling en voor mij was de locatie ideaal
Miste tv in het slaapgedeelte.
Op zich zaten de stoeltjes in de woonkamer niet verkeerd maar voor een avondje tv kijken niet heel comfi (miste een iets comfortabeler stoel/bankje..

Moderner Stil, tolle Lage
Stühle/ Sitzmöglichkeiten unbequem, Fernseher nicht nutzbar und komisch platziert, kein Föhn, schlechte Durchlüftung (entweder zu kalt oder zu warm), Bett sehr sehr unbequem!
Für das, was es war, einfach zu teuer!

Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist direkt in der Stadt.
Die Wochenmarkt ist nicht weit. Auch diverse Restaurantsund Bars sind super zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Toilette direkt im Schlafbereich ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sie ist allerdings komplett geschlossen gewesen. Und man hatte dennoch „Privatsphäre“. So gut es eben geht, wenn der Partner nebenan im Bett liegt.

It was VERY hot the day and ventilation was a problem, but after requesting a fan, it arrived speedily

Clean room with web key (need smartphone), no hassle with check-in.

No amenities in shower...
Location of toilet next to bed is... interesting.
Ceiling window could not be closed, shade was broken.
Unclear procedure with regard to paying city tax.

No breakfast needed, stayed there for the close distance to hospital MST. Being an elderly person, although not physically disabled, I think it could be dangerous …., the staircase…, there’s no elevator to easily transport luggage.

very central location, comfortable bed and the owner was very friendly and supportive upon arrival. Apartment was very clean.
The fact that there was no direct daylight wasn’t clear to us when we booked, it felt a bit caved. Because of that not much fresh air in the apartment, a better fresh air system would be better. There was no hair dryer available.

Great location. Many restaurants & shops around. 5-10min walk from train station. Room is comfortable & cosy.
No lift, it was challenging to bring the luggage up & down 2 floors.

it’s a modern apartment with great furniture and a in-city location. you’ll not see any staff member, all check in and out is done via text & app (no actual keys)
you must make sure that you’ve a charged phone battery and a smartphone that can work with the app. otherwise you’ll face problems entering the apartment.
