Bed was comfortable. Sofa bed was huge and comfortable. Location near old town is nice and reasonably quiet. Host very responsive. Easy check in.
Linens for sofa bed were not present for our first night but were brought once requested. We also didnt have enough towels but those were brought along with the linens (and more toilet paper). The apartment was quite small, which wasn't clearly reflected in the photos. The photos on the listing make it look quite a bit bigger.

Availability
Electricity would go off when heating switched on, no lift. Walls seperating from other spartment too thin. Bathroom was tiny, could barely sit down...
