The apartment is in a superb location - we were looking for a quiet "middle of nowhere", so it was an excellent match for us. Even though there were more houses with apartments in the complex, it was very quiet. There are at least two local restaurants within walking distance with great food and views.
There is no washing machine (beware that for longer stays with children) and often no mobile phone reception inside the apartment (no calls or SMS). The wifi is solid though so it compensated for the problem In most cases.
