Just very little things that were broken or missing from the hotel. Otherwise all was perfect

Staff - They were friendly and helpful. They always had a smile on their face. Location - It's about a 10-minute drive to the main central area. At first, I thought this would be an inconvenience, but after visiting the central area I'm glad I stayed a little bit out of the way - it was quieter and less touristy where the hotel is. Plus, it's located on the main road, so you can wave down one of those small blue & white mini taxis if you want to go to the central area for about 100 birr ($2). Room - Similar to any other nice room you would see in a Marriot or Hilton establishment - it was nice and cozy.

Very comfortable and spacious room, very clean. The staff is quite friendly. The gym room is alright.

The waitresses in the restaurant find it hard to set up a bill. The hotel is far from the centre (but a minibus to Piazza is cheap). The faucets and plumbing are a mess.

Everything in the Roseau hotel is superb. The installations are brand new, the food is delicious and the staff extremely caring and friendly. When back to Gondar I will definitely choose them again.

There were problems with Internet connection apparently due to the roadworks in front of the building. Water in the shower could be a little bit warmer.
