This hotel was like a hidden gem. We were about to book a premium brand hotel, however Essentia was a very good option that literally came out like a fluke...

I enjoyed the stay at the property. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
Breakfast options could have been better. Looked like most of the menu were repeating every day. Having mentioned that, there is absolutely no issue with the taste or quality of the food.

We faced a medical emergency at the property, and can not be grateful enough to all the staff members for their help, services and grace to us.

Good selection at buffet breakfast. Had dinner at Blue Salt & Coffee restaurant. The choices were good. The service by Ms. Chandni, Ms. Esther & Mr. Sohan was absolutely great. Ms. Chandni went out of her way to ensure that we had a great dining experience.
The housekeeping service at the hotel has lot of scope for improvements. The rooms were not cleaned even pretty late in the day. The hotel has shortage of towels. The housekeeping team is not able to replenish towels when they clean the rooms. They take away the towels, wash them and then replace them much later.
