Most staff was nice but one staff member at the front was always rude and had an attitude.

Room design was easy and comfortable. Everything is modern and clean.
Nasty caulk in the shower.

The location was good
The room wasn’t clean. We had to clean the kitchen area and lots of hair was in the bathroom. Reported it twice and asked for the bathroom to be cleaned. After being here 4 days, it was never done
