Atha Resort

Beautiful pool area and friendly staff. Liked the privacy from the street and the gardens were beautifully maintained. Lots of bird life. Breakfast was good and nicely explained.

The rooms were basic but functional and clean. No bedside tables in the one we had. The dining area allowed for personal space however it could do with some big pot plants or maybe a couch and low table to one side if you just wanted a tea/coffee. Just to give it a less sterile feel.

An exceptional stay from start to finish! The property was beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained, but what truly stood out was the wonderful kitchen staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make every moment special. Thank you!

The property is beautiful, intimate boutique hotel vibes. As soon as we arrived the receptionist was so welcoming and friendly on hand to help us book a tuk tuk etc. We also received a lovely drink on arrival. Then we walked through the resort to get to our room. The resort pool was lovely so clean and a lot of deck chairs available. The room was a safari lodge vibe with wood and a beautiful view from the balcony. Super clean and the shower was like being in a cave, so authentic and cool, Then we had breakfast next to the pool, they brang us an array of Sri Lanka/ continental breakfast and fruit which was delicious. Was a great location to Sigiriya rock and the local restaurants.
