The look of the room exceeded my expectations. It basically looks like a studio apartment and was very comfortable being in.

I needed to be in a wheelchair, and I was not able to climb two flights of stairs comfortably. I explained this to them before I even booked. I have to have both knees replaced. to climb two flights of stairs and walked quite a way before I reached my room. I kept asking and asking when will first floor room be available? They did not follow through with that access had to have access.

It had a kitchenette

The floor leaked it smelled like mold and the room I was in was right next to the laundry room and I couldn't get the cold water to work and no one never came to fix it
