Unbeatable and beautiful location- walkable to the station and all the main attractions, piazzas , city walls, restaurants, bars and shops.. Well equipped and well presented apartment, with good storage and spacious bedroom. Staff very responsive and helpful. . Problems with the modem on arrival were sorted very promptly.
Air conditioning not working properly for 2 / 4 days even though staff tried to help, leading to 2 very uncomfortable nights. Small balcony is not useable when the air conditioning unit is working as it blasts out hot air and it's like a sauna. Shower is a bit small.

Everything!
Because we have never stayed in another location it is difficult to make a comparison, but how about location, location, location. And how about Penelli’s for morning pastry and coffee, the local gelato store off to the left, and sooo many wonderful food experiences within easy walking distance…
There is nothing about the property that we did not like! They even have a washer dryer so that you could do chores while you were on vacation!
